Executive Team.

- Executive Director/CEO: Oversees the overall strategy and direction of the foundation.
- Deputy Director: Supports the Executive Director and assumes responsibilities in their absence.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Manages the foundation's finances, including budgeting, investments, and financial reporting.
Program Team.

- Program Officers: Manage specific programs or grants, including developing strategies, reviewing proposals, and monitoring progress.
- Program Coordinators: Support Program Officers with administrative tasks, communication, and logistics.
- Grant Managers: Oversee the grant-making process, including reviewing applications, managing grantee relationships, and monitoring progress.
Development Team.

- Development Director: Leads fundraising efforts, including major gifts, events, and corporate partnerships.
- Grant Writers: Research and write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Donor Relations: Builds and maintains relationships with donors, including stewardship, recognition, and communication.
PR / Communications Team.

- Communications Director: Develops and implements the foundation's communications strategy, including media relations, social media, and marketing.
